We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or dispatched.

While we take great care in packaging and dispatching orders, issues may occasionally occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the parcel and packaging
Photographs of the product(s) received
Your order number
Failure to report an issue within 48 hours of delivery may result in the claim being declined.
Where an issue is confirmed, Alixa Pharma may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:
A replacement product
A partial refund
Store credit
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are dependent on courier services.
Alixa Pharma cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier providers once the parcel has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address information
Failed delivery attempts
Refusal of delivery
Failure to collect from a courier depot
the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
